Welcome to FaceMask (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

The App and all related content (including but not limited to software, text, images, audio, and video) are the intellectual property of us or our licensors.
You agree that the App uses Apple’s Vision framework to detect the position of faces in photos on your device, with all processing performed locally and not uploaded to any server.
We only collect the information necessary to enable the face detection function, including face position coordinates and confidence scores, and do not collect any biometric data.
The collected information is used solely to provide face detection and sticker replacement features on your device and will not be used for any other purpose.
We do not share your facial data or photos with any third parties.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We may update or adjust the App’s features as needed to improve user experience or adapt to technological developments. We will notify users in advance where reasonably possible. If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court in the developer’s jurisdiction.
